Eat fish:

Fish like salmon, trout, etc. should be eaten. It is very beneficial for diabetics. It contains omega-3 fatty acids which is healthier for heart. Also decrease the risk of stroke. According to the American Heart Association, fishes should be consumed every week. Apart from this, chicken should be eaten quite roasted.

Salted food:

Diabetic patient should not eat more salted food and snacks. According to the 2017 report of the US government, eating too much salt can increase the risk of high blood pressure. Therefore, snacks such as bread, pizza, sandwiches, meat and soup, potato chips should not be consumed.

Ice cream:

Diabetic patients should not eat ice cream. In addition to sugar, the amount of carb is massive in a cup of ice cream.
